Crock pot veal and peppers

Ingredients

4Green peppers; cut in 1/8's
3mediumsOnions; sliced thin
2Garlic cloves; mince
1poundsMushrooms; quartered
3Chicken boullion cubes; crush
¾teaspoonBasil
2cansTomatoes; 1 lb. each

Directions

Combine all ingredients in removable liner. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on low 7 hours, high 4 hours or auto 5 hours.
