Crock pot tomato sauce

Measure Ingredient
20 xes Tomatoes; peeled
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Pepper
5 tablespoons Corn starch
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 can Tomato sauce (12 oz)

Mix all ingredients in crock pot, excluding the corn starch. Cook on high 8 hours. Approximately 1 hour before done, mix corn starch with ½ cup water and add to crock pot mixture. Finish cooking. Cool and put in resealable bags or seal in jars.
