Creme de menthe jelly

2½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | cup | Green creme de menthe |
6 | tablespoons | Liquid fruit pectin |
Directions
ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ ea mint sprigs Bring sugar, creme de menthe and water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Add pectin and boil 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
Plunge sprigs of mint into boiling water for 1 minute and place a sprig in each sterilized jelly jar. Pour jelly into jars. Seal withparaffin.
