Fast and creamy vegetable soup

Ingredients

10ouncesFrozen mixed vegetables (1 package)
3cupsMilk
2cupsWater
2tablespoonsInstant minced onion
2teaspoonsChicken bouillon granules
2teaspoonsSalt
¼cupCelery, finely diced
1⅓cupInstant mashed potatoes

Directions

Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and reserve.

Heat to boiling in large saucepan milk, water, minced onion, bouillon granules, salt and celery. Remove from heat. Stir in instant mashed potatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
