Creamy cucumber potato salad^

Ingredients

Potatoes
2Coarsley chopped hard cooked
Eggs
½cupChopped celery
½cupChopped green onions
½cupSeeded chopped cucumber
¾cupLight sour cream
cupFatfree mayonnaise or that
Fake stuff
1tablespoonPrepared mustard
teaspoonTo 1/4 white pepper

Directions

Combine vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over; stir gently

to coat. Cover; chill until needed.
