Creamy potato salad ring

Ingredients

¼cupMinced onions; instant
2teaspoonsSalt
½teaspoonBlack pepper
2Envelopes French Instant Mashed Potato granules
1cupMayonnaise
1tablespoonPrepared mustard
2cupsThinly sliced celery
½cupDiced green bell pepper
¼cupPickle relish; drained
¼cupChopped pimiento
4Eggs; hard boiled

Directions

Bring water, onion, salt, black pepper and celery to a boil.. Remove from heat and add instant potato, whipping briskly. chill. Blend in mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly distributed. Pack in 1½ quart greassed ring mold or other mold. Chill, turn out on lettuce leaves.

8 to 10 servings.
