Ingredients

| 1 | can | (12oz) evaporateed skim milk |
| ¼ | cup | Egg Beaters, beaten |
| ⅔ | cup | Hershey's Chocolate syrupp |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | cup | Nonfat vanila yogurt, stirred |
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in milk and Egg Beaters. Cook and stir over low heat 6-8 minutes or until mixture coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Add chocolate syrup and cool.
Stir in vanilla and yogurt. Freeze in an ice cream freezer acccording to manufactureers directions. Per sugar serving: 160 cal., 0.4g fat (2%), 2mg chol., 0g fiber, 6g pro., 35g carb., 106mg sod.
