Creamy chicken salad with nectarines

Ingredients

3cupsDiced cooked chicken
3cupsDiced nectarines
1cupThinly sliced celery
1tablespoonMinced green onion
Juice of 1 medium orange (about 1/3 cup)
½teaspoonSalt, or to taste
teaspoonFresh ground pepper
½cupHeavy cream, whipped stiff
½cupMayonnaise
Crisp greens
¼cupFinely chopped walnuts

Directions

In a large bowl, combine chicken, nectarines, celery, onion, orange juice, salt and pepper; set aside. Lightly combine whipped cream and mayonnaise and then fold into chicken mixture just to coat. Spoon onto plates or bowls lined with greens. Sprinkle with walnuts.
