Creamy chicken salad with nectarines

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Diced cooked chicken |
| 3 | cups | Diced nectarines |
| 1 | cup | Thinly sliced celery |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced green onion |
| Juice of 1 medium orange (about 1/3 cup) | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt, or to taste |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Fresh ground pepper |
| ½ | cup | Heavy cream, whipped stiff |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| Crisp greens | ||
| ¼ | cup | Finely chopped walnuts |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, nectarines, celery, onion, orange juice, salt and pepper; set aside. Lightly combine whipped cream and mayonnaise and then fold into chicken mixture just to coat. Spoon onto plates or bowls lined with greens. Sprinkle with walnuts.
