Creamy cabbage

7tablespoonsMargarine
7To 8 cups finely shredded Chinese or green cabbage
½cupLight cream or evaporated skim milk
½teaspoonSalt
1pinchPepper
½teaspoonPrepared mustard; optional

Directions

In electric frypan, melt margarine. Add cabbage. Cover and cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir together cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Add to cabbage. Cook, uncovered until tender, about 5 minutes.
