Creamy cabbage

Ingredients

| 7 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 7 | To 8 cups finely shredded Chinese or green cabbage | |
| ½ | cup | Light cream or evaporated skim milk |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | pinch | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard; optional |
Directions
In electric frypan, melt margarine. Add cabbage. Cover and cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir together cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Add to cabbage. Cook, uncovered until tender, about 5 minutes.
