Measure | Ingredient |

7 tablespoons | Margarine |
7 \N | To 8 cups finely shredded Chinese or green cabbage |
½ cup | Light cream or evaporated skim milk |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 pinch | Pepper |
½ teaspoon | Prepared mustard; optional |
In electric frypan, melt margarine. Add cabbage. Cover and cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir together cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Add to cabbage. Cook, uncovered until tender, about 5 minutes.
