Creamy cabbage

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
7 tablespoons Margarine
7 \N To 8 cups finely shredded Chinese or green cabbage
½ cup Light cream or evaporated skim milk
½ teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Pepper
½ teaspoon Prepared mustard; optional

In electric frypan, melt margarine. Add cabbage. Cover and cook on Medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir together cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Add to cabbage. Cook, uncovered until tender, about 5 minutes.
