Creamy butter frosting

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (small) evaporated milk
2 cups Sugar
1 \N Stick butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Combine in saucepan the evaporated milk, sugar & butter. Bring to a hard boil, stirring constantly. Boil & stir 3 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. (Time accurately.) Add vanilla & beat until of spreading consistency. (I always use on German Chocolate Cake. So easy. Also very good on Pecan cake.) MRS. PAT MC CARTY
