4 tablespoons | Butter |
2 cups | Sliced celery |
1 can | Cream of celery soup |
¼ cup | Milk |
1 tablespoon | Dry sherry |
¼ teaspoon | Paprika |
2 | Jars boiled white onions; (16 oz.) drained |
½ cup | Crushed pretzels |
In 2 tablespoons butter, saute celery 3 minutes. In bowl, combine soup, milk, paprika and sherry. Add celery and onions. Pour into 1½ quart casserole. Melt other 2 tablespoons butter and stir into pretzels. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
