Creamed onions and celery

Ingredients

| 4 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | cups | Sliced celery |
| 1 | can | Cream of celery soup |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 2 | Jars boiled white onions; (16 oz.) drained | |
| ½ | cup | Crushed pretzels |
Directions
In 2 tablespoons butter, saute celery 3 minutes. In bowl, combine soup, milk, paprika and sherry. Add celery and onions. Pour into 1½ quart casserole. Melt other 2 tablespoons butter and stir into pretzels. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
