Fresh butter beans

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Butter beans; shelled and washed
\N \N Water
2 slices Seasoning meat
\N \N Salt and pepper; (if needed)
\N \N Water
½ teaspoon Sugar

Boil meat in water for 2 hours. Remove meat; add beans. Cover and boil slowly until beans are tender.
