¾ cup | Pure maple syrup |
1 pack | (12 oz) cranberries |
2 mediums | Pears; cored, pared and sliced |
1 can | (8 oz) pineapple chunks in juice |
¼ cup | Raisins |
¼ cup | Pecans; chopped |
In large saucepan, combine orange juice and pure maple syrup, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. Add cranberries and pears, simmer 5 minutes. Stir in pineapple and raisins, simmer 5 minutes longer or until slightly thickened. Add nuts. Serve warm or chilled as accompaniment to turkey, pork, ham or chicken. Refrigerate leftovers.
