Cranberry ham

Ingredients

| 1 | can | (8-ounce) cranberry sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Firmly packed brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Steak sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground allspice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
| Garnishes: salad greens; red grapes | ||
Directions
Remove and discard skin from ham. Score fat on ham in a diamond design, and stud with whole cloves. Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Combine cranberry sauce and next 6 ingredients. Baste ham with ¼ cup mixture.
Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover and baste ham. Bake, uncovered, 1 more hour or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest portion registers 140°, basting every 15 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
Makes 10 to 14 servings.
