Cranberry crunch smoothie, grandma grandy's

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Cranberry juice cocktail
2 tablespoons Lemonade; frozen concentrate
1 cup Apple juice
2 \N Bananas
1 cup Seedless grapes
¾ cup Grape-Nuts
¼ cup Honey; or to taste

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed for 1 minute.

Pour into tall glasses and serve.
