Cranberry crisps

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Quick oatmeal
½ cup Shredded coconut
½ cup Flour
¾ cup Brown sugar
cup Butter, melted
1 can Cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Mix first five ingredients together. Pack ½ mixture in greased or sprayed baking dish. Spread with cranberry sauce and lemon juice. Cover with rest of mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 325°. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

NOTES : Please, feel free to adapt this to other fruit sauces. I tried apricot and it turned out great.
