Cranberry and raisin pie

| 2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| 1¼ | cup | Hot water |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Raisins |
| 2 | cups | Cranberries |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| 1 | 8-inch pie crust with extra for lattice strips | |
Directions
In a saucepan, blend together cornstarch and sugar. Add the hot water and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add raisins, butter, and cranberries. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour filling into pie crust and cover top with ½ inch lattice strips of pastry. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.
