Maryland crab cake

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 \N Egg; beaten
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
\N \N Juice from 1/4 lemon
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
8 \N Saltine crackers; (crushed)
1 pounds Lump crab meat

Notes: Gov. Parris N. Glendening, Maryland Combine egg, mustard, mayonnaise and seasonings. Soak saltines in egg mixture. Add crab meat: try not to break it up. Form into crab cakes. Cook until brown in hot bacon fat. Makes 6 large crab cakes. Maryland crab cakes is a dish that we are known for around the country. As you may know, one of Maryland…s most precious and beautiful resources is the Chesapeake Bay, which has an abundance of crabs and other marine life.
