Crab and avocado melts

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (6-oz) crab meant; rinsed, drained and flaked
⅓ cup Finely chopped green bell pepper
6 slices Bacon; cooked and crumbled
⅔ cup Sour cream
½ cup Mayonnaise
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
2 \N Avocados; seeded, peeled and sliced
5 \N English muffins; split and lightly toasted

(Stephanie da Silva) (COLLECTION) Date: Thu, 22 Jul 1993 18:23:06 GMT Combine 1 cup cheese, crab meat, green pepper, bacon, sour cream, mayonnaise and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Spoon crab mixture onto muffin halves. Top each with avocado slices and remaining cheese. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or just until cheese melts.
