County pork \"n\" sauerkraut

1canSauerkraut -- 14 oz drained
1cupApplesauce
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
2teaspoonsCaraway seed

Directions

In a dutch oven, cook ribs and onion in oil until ribs are browned and onion is tender. Remove from the heat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350 deg. for 1½ to 2 hours or until ribs are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
