Pork and sauerkraut

2 pounds Sauerkraut; drain and rinsed
1 medium Red potato; peeled and grated
1 medium Tart apple; peeled and grated
1 medium Onion; peeled and grated
2 teaspoons Caraway seeds
4 pounds Country ribs; pork chops, or boneless pork chops
