Corn cake batter

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Cornmeal
3 ounces All purpose flour
2 Eggs
8 ounces Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Onion, diced fine
3 ounces Corn, fresh kernal
1 teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whip until smooth. Ladle onto hot griddle to cook.
