| 20 | tablespoons | Ground nuts |
| 8 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| Juice of 1 orange+some | ||
| Grated -- lemon zest | ||
| Raisins | ||
| 1 | Full tsp. | |
| Dry yeast | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them carefully to the mixture. Bake as any cake in a floured, oily pan.
