Nut cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Egg yolks
20 tablespoons Ground nuts
8 tablespoons Sugar
\N \N Juice of 1 orange+some
\N \N Grated -- lemon zest
\N \N Raisins
1 \N Full tsp.
\N \N Dry yeast

Mix all ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them carefully to the mixture. Bake as any cake in a floured, oily pan.
