Corn bread beef pie

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 tablespoon Shortening
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 can Whole kernel corn
1 Cut up onion
1 can Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Cut up green pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder

Brown beef in skillet with onion and pepper. Then add tomatoes, corn and seasoning and 1 tablespoon celery flakes. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Pour into 3-quart casserole.
