Cookie cheesecake squares

Measure Ingredient
1 Roll butterscotch or
Peanut butter cookies from
The dairy case
¾ cup Strawberry or any
Flavor preserves
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Dairy sour cream
¼ cup Sugar
1 large Egg
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Slice cookie roll ¼ inch thick; place slices in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 pan. bake ag 375 for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cookie dough will appear puffy when removed from oven, gently spread with preserves. Mix remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth.

Pour over preserves layer spreading filling to edges. bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center Comes out clean. cool; cut into dessert squares or bars.
