Astray Recipes: Cheese squares

Cheese squares

Yield: 3 servings

Measure	Ingredient
1 \N	Loaf of cubed bread
3 ounces	Cream cheese
¼ pounds	Sharp Cheddar cheese
½ cup	Butter
2 \N	Egg whites

Melt cheeses and butter in double boiler. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in cheese mixture, dip cubes of bread in cheese. Place on buttered cookie sheet in an icebox overnight.
