6 ounces Can flaked cocoanut
½ cup Melted butter
½ cup Chopped walnuts or pecans
12 ounces Package butterscotch chips

LAYER ALL SEVEN INGREDIENTS IN A 9 X 13 INCH PAN IN THIS ORDER: : 1ST LAYER GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS : 2ND LAYER MELTED BUTTER : 3RD LAYER CHOCOLATE CHIPS : 4TH LAYER CHOPPED WALNUTS OR PECANS : 5TH LAYER EAGLE BRAND MILK : 6TH LAYER BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS : 7TH LAYER COCOANUT

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. COOL BEFORE SLICING.
