First layer: Dissolve lime gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Chill till partially set. Add grapes and celery; pour into a 2-quart mold and chill until firm. Second layer: Soften unflavored gelatin in ¼ cup cold water; dissolve in 1 cup boiling water. Add lemonade concentrate; blend in mayonnaise. Chill till partially set. Pour over lime layer and chill until firm. Third layer: Drain fruit cocktail; reserve syrup, adding water to make 1 cup. Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Add reserved fruit-cocktail syrup. Chill till partially set. Add fruit cocktail; pour over the layers in mold.
Chill till firm. Unmold on salad greens. Serve with Lemon Mayonnaise.
