Confederate tartar sauce

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Onion; finely chopped
⅓ cup Dill pickle relish; well-drained
⅓ cup Sweet pickle relish; well-drained
3 tablespoons Horseradish
1½ teaspoon Prepared mustard
½ \N Lemon; juice only
3 cups Real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Ketchup

Combine chopped onion, well-drained pickle relishes, horseradish, mustard & lemon juice. Add mayonnaise & ketchup, mixing well. Keep refrigerated.
