Sweet carrot puree

Measure Ingredient
450 grams Carrots; washed and peeled
1 \N Orange; juice of
1 \N Lemon; juice of
4 tablespoons Caster sugar
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons Parsley; chopped
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Paprika

Boil the carrots whole until tender. Drain and mash the carrots.

Mix all the remaining ingredients and season.
