Coffee pecan pie

¾cupUnsulfured molasses
1teaspoonVanilla
¾cupWhite corn syrup
1cupChopped pecan meats
½cupDouble-strength coffee
4tablespoonsFlour
2tablespoonsButter or margarine, melted
18-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

Preheat oven to 375' F. Combine eggs, molasses, corn syrup, coffee, melted butter or margarine, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Combine pecans and flour, add to liquid mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in moderate oven, 375' F., or until firm. Cool before cutting. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

Portions should be smaller than average. Yield: 7 servings.
