|½ cup||Orange juice|
|½ teaspoon||Thyme; or 1 tsp. fresh, chopped|
|½ teaspoon||Orange zest|
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
Preheat oven to 375øF. Arrange cod fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour orange juice over cod and sprinkle with thyme, orange zest, and salt and pepper to taste. Bake 12-15 minutes until fish is opaque throughout. Spoon orange sauce over fish and serve.
