Cake cooked in an orange

| 10 | Oranges; up to 12 | |
Directions
Mix cake mix according to package directions. Slice off ⅓ down from top of oranges. Spoon fruit out of bottom ⅔ of oranges, leaving an empty shell. Fill the hollow shell ½ full with cake batter. Place lid back on orange. Wrap orange in 6x6" piece of foil. Place in coals 10 to 15 minutes.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
