Coconut sticks^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup Quick or rolled oats
1 teaspoon SWEETENER
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Coconut
¼ cup NUTS OR SEEDS
¾ cup Water

Blend oats until fine. Remove from blender. Blend remaining ingredients, except flour, until smooth. Stir together all ingredients. Knead for 1 minute. Pinch off 1 tablespoon dough.
