Coconut pound cake

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 Sticks of margarine
3 cups Flour
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
5 Eggs
3 cups Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 cup Coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time. Add vanilla, flour and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.

Bake in a 350 degree oven in a tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
