Toasted coconut pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Eggs; beaten
1 cup Sugar
½ \N Stick butter or margarine
1 cup Milk
1 cup Evaporated milk
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
\N \N Nutmeg
1 \N Baked pie shell

Combine first 5 ingredients & beat. Heat until butter melts. Add salt, vanilla & nutmeg. Pour into pie crust & sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes; turn oven up to 425 and bake 10 minutes more.
