Coconut mallow fudge squares

Yield: 48 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Deluxe Devils Food Cake Mix
½ cup Quick cooking oats
1 large Egg-slightly beaten
½ cup Oil
6 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
6 ounces Butterscotch-flavored pieces
3 cups Mini marshmallows
1 cup Flaked coconut

Oven-350. Prepare a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch jelly roll pan. Combine cake mix, oats, egg and oil in bowl. Mix with a spoon until dry ingredients are completely moistened. Press mixture firmly and evenly into pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over crust, then the butterscotch pieces, marshmallows and coconut. Bake 15 minutes more or until coconut and marshmallows just begin to brown. Cool on rack; cut into squares.
