Lattice-topped turkey pie - sl 1/82

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups ;cooked chopped turkey
10 ounces Package frozen English peas
1 cup (4 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cup Celery; diced
½ cup Soft breadcrumbs
¼ cup Onion; chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 dashes Hot sauce
8 ounces Can crescent dinner rolls
2 teaspoons Sesame seeds
\N \N Radish slices (optional)
\N \N Fresh parsley sprigs (opt'l)

Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish.

Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
