Lattice-topped turkey pie - sl 1/82

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | ;cooked chopped turkey |
| 10 | ounces | Package frozen English peas |
| 1 | cup | (4 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese; shredded |
| 1 | cup | Celery; diced |
| ½ | cup | Soft breadcrumbs |
| ¼ | cup | Onion; chopped |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 3 | dashes | Hot sauce |
| 8 | ounces | Can crescent dinner rolls |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sesame seeds |
| Radish slices (optional) | ||
| Fresh parsley sprigs (opt'l) | ||
Directions
Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish.
Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
