Lattice-topped turkey pie - sl 1/82

Ingredients

2cups;cooked chopped turkey
10ouncesPackage frozen English peas
1cup(4 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese; shredded
1cupCelery; diced
½cupSoft breadcrumbs
¼cupOnion; chopped
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
1cupMayonnaise
3dashesHot sauce
8ouncesCan crescent dinner rolls
2teaspoonsSesame seeds
Radish slices (optional)
Fresh parsley sprigs (opt'l)

Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish.

Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
