Cocoa for a crowd

Yield: 100 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Sugar
3 cups Baking Cocoa
½ teaspoon Salt
1 quart Warm Water
2 quarts Boiling Water
4 gallons Hot Milk

In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix well. = Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in hot = milk.
