| 4 | cups | Sugar |
| 3 | cups | Baking Cocoa |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | quart | Warm Water |
| 2 | quarts | Boiling Water |
| 4 | gallons | Hot Milk |
Directions
In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix well. = Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in hot = milk.
