Coconut candy balls

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Sticks margarine melted
1 can Condensed milk
3 cups Coconut
2 pounds Confectioners sugar
12 ounces Chocolate chips
2 Inch square paraffin

Combine first 5 ingredients in order given.

Shape into balls. Place on waxed paper on cookie sheet, let harden.

Chill

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in top of double boiler.

Keeping chocolate mixture on stove over water, dip balls into chocolate mixture. Place on waxed paper to cool, or place in waxed paper candy cups.
