Cocktail water chestnuts

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
8½ ounce Can of water chestnuts
\N \N Save 1/2 cup of liquid
½ cup Vinegar
12 slices Bacon, halved
¼ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Catsup

Marinate chestnuts in liquid and vinegar for 1 hour. Drain. Mix brown sugar and catsup; then spread on bacon. Roll chestnuts in bacon. Fasten with toothpicks. Broil unti bacon is crisp. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 12-14-94
