Claire's marinated vegetables

Ingredients

1can(#2) Shoepeg Corn; drained
1can(#2) Leseur Peas; drained
1can(Small) Tiny Limas; drained
1can(Small) Green Beans; drained
1can(Small) Mushrooms; drained
1smallGreen Pepper; chopped fine
1smallRed Bell Pepper; chopped fine (Or Substitute Pimento)
1mediumPurple Onion; sliced
2Carrots; diced
2Stalks Celery; diced -Dressing---
¾cupSugar
¼cupOil
½cupTarragon Vinegar

Directions

Heat sugar, oil and vinegar until sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature. Mix with vegetables and chill 24 hours before serving.

Serves 12 as appetizer. Travels well.
