1 can | (#2) Leseur Peas; drained |
1 can | (Small) Tiny Limas; drained |
1 can | (Small) Green Beans; drained |
1 can | (Small) Mushrooms; drained |
1 small | Green Pepper; chopped fine |
1 small | Red Bell Pepper; chopped fine (Or Substitute Pimento) |
1 medium | Purple Onion; sliced |
2 \N | Carrots; diced |
2 \N | Stalks Celery; diced -Dressing--- |
¾ cup | Sugar |
¼ cup | Oil |
½ cup | Tarragon Vinegar |
Heat sugar, oil and vinegar until sugar dissolves. Cool to room temperature. Mix with vegetables and chill 24 hours before serving.
Serves 12 as appetizer. Travels well.
