Circle j barbeque sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Clove garlic -- minced
1 small Onion -- minced
¾ teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Grated fresh horseradish
1 tablespoon Mixed thyme, marjoram,
\N \N Parsley
2 tablespoons Vinegar
3 cups Water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
⅔ cup Butter
½ cup Ketchup
½ teaspoon Juice from bottled tabasco
\N \N Peppers
2 teaspoons Sugar
¾ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
¾ teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients and cook slowly for 45 minutes. Use to baste meat or fish while cooking, or dip slices or chunks of hot cooked meet into the heated sauce before serving.
