|¾ cup||Wheat flour|
|½ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|½ cup||Reduced calorie margarine|
|¼ cup||Packed brown sugar|
|¼ cup||White sugar|
|½ cup||Apple juice|
|2 \N||Egg whites|
|1 \N||Large egg|
|3 ounces||Chocolate chunks, chopped|
Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Combine flour and baking soda on wax paper. In a large bowl, combine margarine and sugars, beating on high speed for 2 minutes, until creamy. Add apple juice, egg, egg whites and vanilla. Beat until blended. Add flour mixture. Stir to combine. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, 2" apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Cool on rack.
