Yield: 4 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Pure cocoa|
|⅓ cup||Boiling water|
|¾ cup||Miniature marshmallows|
|2 larges||Scoops vanilla icecream|
|Extra mini marshmallows; to decorate|
Combine pure cocoa, water and marshmallows in a small bowl stir until dissolved. Blend or process chocolate mixture with milk and icecream until thick and frothy. Serve with the extra mini marshmallows.
