Chocolate chip sandwich cookies

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Chocolate chip cookie dough; premade, refrigerate
2 packs (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°. Spread 1 package of cookie dough in an ungreased 13x9 pan.

With an electric mixer, mix Cream Cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Spread this over top of first layer of cookie dough that is in the pan.

Then top this with the second package of cookie dough. (Press the cookie dough out with your hands before laying on top of cream cheese and cover as best you can.)

Bake 30-35 mins. Let Cool. Refrigerate and then cut into squares. These are best served cold.
