Measure Ingredient
24 \N Chicken wings without last joint
6 tablespoons Dark rum
1⅓ cup Seasoned bread crumbs
\N \N Butter
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Wash chicken and place in a shallow pan. Drizzle 6 tablespoons dark rum over them. Cover and chill. Turn once. Roll or shake in 1⅓ cups seasoned bread crumbs. Saute in butter 18 - 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
