Measure | Ingredient |

24 \N | Chicken wings without last joint |
6 tablespoons | Dark rum |
1⅓ cup | Seasoned bread crumbs |
\N \N | Butter |
\N \N | Salt and pepper to taste |
Wash chicken and place in a shallow pan. Drizzle 6 tablespoons dark rum over them. Cover and chill. Turn once. Roll or shake in 1⅓ cups seasoned bread crumbs. Saute in butter 18 - 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
