| 24 | Chicken wings without last joint | |
| 6 | tablespoons | Dark rum |
| 1⅓ | cup | Seasoned bread crumbs |
| Butter | ||
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Wash chicken and place in a shallow pan. Drizzle 6 tablespoons dark rum over them. Cover and chill. Turn once. Roll or shake in 1⅓ cups seasoned bread crumbs. Saute in butter 18 - 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
