Yield: 16 Servings
|1 cup||White corn syrup|
|1½ cup||Crunchy peanut butter|
|5 cups||Chex cereal of your choice|
In a heavy saucepan, mix together the sugar and corn syrup. Stir constantly over medium to medium-high heat and bring to a rolling boil. Boil ½ minute. Do not overcook. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Mix well.
Place cereal in a large bowl. Pour syrup mixture over cereal and stir to coat. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly salted wax paper.
