Red chick

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Chicken pieces (of your choice)
½ cup Onion; sliced
½ cup Bell pepper; chopped
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 \N Bay leaf
½ teaspoon Oregano
1 can Tomato sauce
1 can Water
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Vinegar

Recipe by: Come and Get It! by Jr. Welfare League of Talladega, Al Place chicken pieces side by side in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook at 350 F for 1½ hours.
