Chive potato bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 1/4 Lb Loaf:
1 Egg
½ cup Water; plus
3 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Powdered milk
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Sugar
¼ teaspoon White pepper
⅓ cup Potato flakes; or buds
1 tablespoon Chives, freeze-dried
1⅓ cup Bread flour
¾ cup Semolina flour
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast; (rapid rise)

Load bread machine with ingredients in the appropriate order, according to your machine's instructions. Set machine on lightest crust setting. Makes 1-¼ pound loaf. This recipe works perfectly in a Panasonic 1-pound machine. Water may have to be increased or reduced for other machines.
