Chive potato bread

3tablespoonsWater
2tablespoonsOlive oil
1teaspoonLemon juice
2tablespoonsPowdered milk
1teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsSugar
¼teaspoonWhite pepper
cupPotato flakes; or buds
1tablespoonChives, freeze-dried
1⅓cupBread flour
¾cupSemolina flour
2teaspoonsActive dry yeast; (rapid rise)

Directions

Load bread machine with ingredients in the appropriate order, according to your machine's instructions. Set machine on lightest crust setting. Makes 1-¼ pound loaf. This recipe works perfectly in a Panasonic 1-pound machine. Water may have to be increased or reduced for other machines.
